Both will strike the ground simultaneously, that is, they are gonna take equal time if the forces applied to both of them are equal. This is because both the bodies would be accelerated with the same magnitude (9.8m/s^2) and towards the same direction (towards ground). The horizontal force applied to the object does not have any effect on the vertical pull of the earth. I cannot give you a lecture on projectile motion but…I think this much should be enough.
