4.1: NE is incorrect electronic configuration of the student. Because the the electronic configuration of Ne is 2,8.

4.2: There is no particular number of shells which is universal of electronic configuration for every elements :

1) The no. of shells increases with the total no. of electron present in a particular element.

2) Also, a same elements can get different no. of shells due to negative and positive ions for that elements which changes the total no. of electrons.

3) That's why there is no particular number of shells for donating the electronic configuration of elements.

4.3: Atomic no. of sodium is 11

4.4: 2,8,2 is the electronic configuration of 12
