• Table salt is not completely NaCl, as it contains Magnesium and other elements too that have the tendency to absorb moisture from the surrounding atmosphere, making the table salt sticky during exposure to humid air during the rainy season.

Table salt NaCl has usually some impurities like Mg (magnesium).
on leaving in open atmosphere, this Mg absorbs water from the surroundings to form hydrated salts of Mg.
if it had been pure salt, it won't absorb any water molecules.
