respiration in plant - Plant do not breathe they respire . plant lack a respiratory system. In plants takes directly through tiny pores know as stomata .

Respiration in animals- Animal usually breathe in air and carry out cellular respiration . Animals have their own respiratory system . In case of animals oxygen is carried out through special organs like nostrils or nose etc.
