Spermatophyta are plants that form seeds (sperma= seeds) like gymnosperms and angiosperms.
Embryophyta means those in whom zygote develops into an embryo i.e. it includes bryophytes, pteridophytes, gymnosperms and angiosperms.
So bryophytes and pteridophytes are embryophytes but not spermatophyta because they don't form seeds

Actually, the Pteridophytes are the plant groups that have the system of vascular.
The plants of this group do not give out seeds or flowers. Examples : Ferns as well as horsetails.
Whereas the spermatophytes have the character of producing seeds. They alao bears flowers. Example : Cactus, Buttercup, etc.
