take 2 similar shapes if u slide rotate or flip 1 of them does the similarity remain?

If they are similar then the figure if rotated at any angle will look similar only.

Only if any of the sides are cut or edited then it will change.

Yes, for similar shapes with similar opposite sides it will remain.
But for shapes which doesn't have similar opposite sides like rectangle it won't.
