Take a 500ml beaker filled up to half with water. Dissolve 3-4 teaspoons of sugar in it. Add half
spoon of an microorganism ‘A’ to the sugar solution and keep it covered in a warm place for 4-5 hours. Now smell the solution. It smells like alcohol.
(a) Name the microorganism ‘A’ and it’s group to which it belongs.
(b) Give the term for the above process.
