a) Junagadh was a princely state in the State of Gujarat. During the time of British India, it was ruled by the Babai dynasty. In 1948, however, it integrated into the Indian Union. The Khanji ruld over the state until 1947.  

b) Manipur became a princely state under the British rule in 1891. It was among the last States  to be acceded into India through a Treaty of Accession in September, 1949. In 19th century it entered into a subsidiary alliance with British India  

c) Mysore- It acceded into India only in the year 1947. Before that, during pre Independence, it was ruled by the Wodeyars.  

d) Gwalior- During the war between the British and Marathas, Gwalior came under British rule, making it into a princely state.
