take a few Iron nails and store some of them in an airtight container having Silica Gel read the rest of the iron is in a test tube and take them outside in the rainy weather observe the Iron nails after week. what will happen to the nail placed in the air tight container and in a test tube.​

the ions present in airtight container having Silica Gel remains same as before because the Silica Gel present in inside the container absorb moisture or real present inside the container but the iron nail present inside a test tube in the rainy season becomes Rusted due to corrosion
