TAKE A GLASS AND FILL IT WITH WATER (1/3).PRESS A PIECE OF CARDBOARD ON TOP OF IT.NOW INVERT THE GLASS SUPPORTING THE CARDBOARD PIECE WITH YOUR PLAM.REMOVE YOUR PLAM.WHY DOES THW CARD PIECE NOT FALL DOWN.

Because the air pressure of the card from underneath is greater than the weight of water inside the glass..
so that when we remove our palm the piece of card doesn't fall down..
