Take a glass of cold water at the temperature about 0°c then take out the whole air from the glass and cover it with a solid substance.What will happen with the water in the glass

as the space is now at vaccum so i think that the air preessure will took that place by pressing the solid substance and the substance will get at the bottom of the glass
