Its a suspension.
The other kind of mixture are solution, colloidal.
In suspension, you can see the particles which are mixed with the liquid.It settles down after sometime. They are not homogeneous mixed.
In solution, you cannot see the particles, they are homogeneous mixed, and they don't settle down.
In colloidal, you can see Tyndall effect, and particles tiny enough to see with naked eyes.They are homogeneous for sometime and after time passed they become heterogeneous.
