take a hand senitizer and also take a lighter and match it u see that would blue colour fast u keep in your hand and see just a few minutes your hand will be fire but u doesn't fell anything

This is because the sanitizer has an ignition point way less than our skin,moreover it allows itself to burn from surface to bottom hence it acts as a protective/insulating layer between our hand and fire.
