Given:

Wafer's ingredients with their weights and calories.

To Find:

1. Find out total calories consumption.

2. Convert the weight of each ingredient in fraction and then decimal.

3. Why should we avoid junk food? Name any two healthy foods.

Solution:

1)Total calories/28 g : 160

Total fat: 10 g or 16% of total calories

Cholesterol: 0 mg or 0% of total calories

Sodium: 170 mg or 7% of total calories

Potassium: 350 mg or 10% of total calories

Protein: 2 g

Total Carbohydrates: 15 g or 5% of total calories

2) Total calories of the packet is 160.

Total fat = 16% of 160 = 128/5 = 25.6

Cholesterol =0

Sodium = 7% of 160 = 56/5 = 11.2

Potassium = 10% of 160 = 16

Total carbohydrates = 5% of 160 = 8

3)Junk food is very much harmful to kids as it can develop unwanted fat consumption. Junk food consumption increases the disease rate by high chances and can cause high blood pressure, cancer, and many heart-related diseases. Therefore, we should avoid junk food.

Two healthy foods are: Vegetable and fruits.
