When we fill a bottle with water to its topmost level, or to its mid level, or below, we find a number of things happening. When a bottle is made full with water, and we make a pore in it, water starts to gush out at different speeds depending on how far the overall distance is from the ground.

The pressure of water stream will flow continuously. The liquid pressure of water does not depend on the shape or the size of the bottle however. Again, if the hole is at the bottom of the bottle, then water will continuously keep flowing. Again if the size is a small one, then pressure will be less.

Again if the level of water is more or the depth is more, then water will flow accordingly.
