you did mistake in typing . It's not LED . It's lead dust ( Pb)
Solution :- Test tube contained some water :
Lead is not a good reactive metal. when we put lead dust in water contained test tube it doesn't react with water . Because surface of lead is protected by thin layer of lead oxide (PbO). Hence, it doesn't react with water under the normal conditions .
Test tube contained some kerosene :
Kerosene is a compound of hydrocarbon . And I already mentioned about lead . Lead is not a very good reactive. It can't react with kersone in normal room temperature . If we heat kerosene, then some lead melt and form a solution . But it's not a chemical reaction.
