In the bowl A if we add a spoon of curd it changes into curd after some period of time..if we add a spoon of curd in bowl C it does not changes into curd because yeast will not be produced in cold milk and fermentation process will also does not happens.. if we add a spoon of curd in very hot milk in bowl B it doesnt changes into curd because yeast will not be produced in it and fermentation process will not be happens.. in the condition of bowl B and C the reason is same.. they doesnt undergoes any chemical change.. so we can prepare the curd only with lukewarm milk..

In lukewarm bowl milk is turned into curd because in lukewarm milk presents lactobacillus that's why lukewarm milk turned into curd
