take two glass tumblers filled with water in 1 add salt while in an other at sand stir it for some time and place the two tumblers together.
1. what do you observe?

We observe that the sand has settle down and the salt has dissolved in water

observations come out are. these both are mixture.
salt dissolved completly in water so it is homogenous mixture.
but sand does not dissolved completly so it is heterogeneous mixture
