Water is Hotter in Black painted can compared to white painted can.

Step-by-step explanation:

Taken two identical cans with lids, paint one black and the other white.

Filled both with same  quantity of water in both cans.

Made a Hole at the centre of each lid and placed thermometer through hole.

Leave the  cans in the sun for  2 hours

Noted down temperature

Observation : Temperature of water in Can painted Black is more than the water in can painted white

Reason : Black absorbs Sunlight

White reflect sun light

As Black absorb all sun light hence temperature is increased more

While white reflect sun light hence temperature increase in less

Water is Hotter in Black painted can
