Take two petridishes and place a cotton wool pad in each. Scatter the seeds on top of the cotton wool. Add in light and allow the seedlings to grow. Make a table as shown below in your scrapbook and record the length enough water to saturate the cotton, but do not cover the seeds. Place one petridish in the dark and the other of the stem, the size of the leaves, and the colour of the leaves for each. Allow the seedlings to grow for one more week under the same conditions and record your observations,​
