The weight on different planets are different due to the gravitational force difference on different planets or rather say celestial bodies as other factors like gravitational pull and push from other nearby celestial bodies makes the difference.
The weight on Mars and Moon thus will also be different.
Weight on Mars can be calculated by multiplying weight on Earth to Martian force = 3.711 metre per second square and divided by our gravity force = 9.81 metre per second square.
Similarly, for weight on Moon, multiply the weight on earth by moon gravity pull = 0.165.
