Given - Weights of five friends.

Find - Weight of those friends on the moon

Solution - Let the weights of five friends (A, B, C, D, E) be 45, 50, 40, 36, 60 kilograms respectively.

Now, as per the fact, the weight of a person on the moon = 1/6 x weight on earth

Using the above-mentioned formula to calculate the weight on the moon:

A = 1/6 x 45 = 7.5 kilograms

B =1/6 x 50 = 8.34 kilograms

C =1/6 x 40 = 6.67 kilograms

D =1/6 x 36 = 6 kilograms

E =1/6 x 60 = 10 kilograms

Thus, the weight of five friends on the moon is 7.5 kilograms, 8.34 kilograms, 6.67 kilograms, 6 kilograms and 10 kilograms.
