Mini Autobiography
Life began in the year 1972 in a small remote village of West Bengal. My parents were a hardworking couple who had a little bit of land of their own.
They cultivated the land and toiled from morning to dusk.
They sent me to the village school.
While I studied my parents paved my future .
Before going to school I helped my mother pluck fresh vegetables from the garden.
With time I passed high school. My parents sent me later to Kolkata for higher studies. After that I went abroad for my Ph.D.
Life glided beautifully during that time for me thanks to my parents.
After completing my Ph.D I returned to my village.
My subject had been agriculture so as soon as I returned I implemented my knowledge.
I was definitely not the prodigal son, at the same time I was ambitious.
Now I am a successful farmer of organic vegetables.
I am a major stake holder of Big Basket.
