takeapaper cup and pour some water in it takes tripod stand and place a wire gauze over it. place the tripod stand over the Bunsen burner Now , put the cup with water on the wrie gauze and bring to boil why did the paper cup not burn ?the heat given by the flame is quickly tranferred for the paper cup to the water. The cup did not burn as the water did not allow the cup to attain its ignition temperature​
