This hormone or phytohormone is responsible for the growth of plant.It is found in root and shoot apex. It helps in increasing the height of the plant.

They act against the gravity that's why they are geotropism (negative) .

2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid is one of the most commonly added auxins in plant cell cultures. 

Cytokinins

Cytokinins are a class of plant growth substances that promote cell division, or cytokinesis, in plant roots and shoots.

They are involved primarily in cell growth and differentiation, but also affect apical dominance, axillary bud growth, and leaf senescence.
