Respected sir,

Today, I want your attention upon the road accidents increasing day-by-day in Mumbai. Small children are playing on the roads because they didn’t get proper parks and grounds. They cause accidents which otherwise could have been avoided. People could not follow traffic rules. This may also cause accidents.

The driving licenses of those who are drunk and driving should be rejected. I am sure that such firm steps will check the number of accidents to a great extent.

   Thanking you

Yours truely

Dear sir ,

subject :To make a case for safer roads .

My name is AAA( your name) and I am the daily reader of your newspaper . In this letter I would like to express my concern on safer roads . As we all know that in India the most favourable and cheaper means of transport is BY ROAD . Most of people travel through roads and also most of accidents are there due to the carelessness of people . They do not follow the traffic rules. Two wheeler riders should always wear a helmet for their safety . Overloading is also a cause of accidents . Children too show carelessness by playing on the roads . Motorists should wear the seatbelt . Pedestrians also should cross the road on zebra crossing as well as should not walk on road . Atlast I request you to publish my views in public interest .

yours sincerely
