Hey mate Your answer as follows ,

As we know that the area of a circle

= $\pi r^2$

then as given that

π = 3.14

Area = 2826 m×m


Now
To find radius

=> $3.14 × r^2 = 2826$

or $r^2 = \frac{2826}{3.14}$

or $r^2 = 900$

or $r = \sqrt{900}$

or r = 30 m

Now Diameter = 2 times radius

= 2 × 30

= 60 cm
