Once i was sitting alone on my laptop browsing through the internet when i found myself looking at a face book shared post of somebody reciting words with tears. I opened up this lecture/video to find myself completely driven by the words coming out of the mouth of these three people who were doing performance poetry. They talked about the times when discrimination hit them and they couldn't find themselves to land a single job, or the times when their loved ones had to stay separated from them, thousands of miles away for issues like immigration and visa were the bane of their existences.
