In preindustrial time,agriculture used to dominate the lifestyle of the people.Their lives use to revolve around the livestock, farming and dairy etc. but with the Industrial revolution a significant cultural change can be observed.People developed commercial areas, urbanisation took place, use of modern technology and luxuries become the part of the lifestyle.

3.People have become more modern,educated, scientific, sophisticated and materialistic.Agiculture has also got modernised.

4.Thus we can say that the vast changes in the land use pattern also reflect the cultural changes in our society
