Talking English fluently requires practice of chatting with well educated person,many people are there who can understand English but unable to talk fluently,Can anyone from Tamil nadu or other place want to help me in improving my English?

I live in Tamil Nadu but I am not a tamilan but however i could help you as i know Tamil very well.i would suggest you to not lose hope as i being a hindi speaking guy learned tamil in just 2 weeks . I would also suggest you to buy some spoken English books and join a spoken English classes.If there is economic problem then you could download PDF of some spoken English book and read it thoroughly
you can even ask your friends help.
