I sat in my cell, huddling into a ball. It was cold here. I shivered as I sat quietly against the back of the cell. I wanted to leave, wanted to go home. I shouldn't have killed them. I shouldn't have. Guilt hung around me like a shadow. It was hard each day without regretting what I've done. I've already killed four in this prison, and two young boys when I was out there.
My mother, my father haven't contacted me. They didn't want to. That I know, is a fact. They avoided me like the plague when I was alive. They knew that I killed my brothers. My six year old twin brothers. They were afraid that if they reported me to the authorities, I would go after them too.
But eventually, our neighbour realised that my two brothers were gone. She noticed that I acted strangely, and when she went to my brother's funeral, she had seen me. I didn't cry. I was happy at that time. I was happy that they were gone.
