Answer:

tan(90+¢)°= -cot(¢)°

Also,

cot(-¢)° = -cot(¢)°

So, I can write tan135° as tan(90+45)°

if we put this in formula we will get:-

tan(90+45)° = -cot(45)° =-1, because cot(45)°=1

So, tan(135)° =-1

Second way:-

tan(180–¢)°=-tan(¢)°

Also,

tan(¢)° = -tan(¢)°

So, I can write tan135° as tan(180-45)°

If we put thia in formula we will get:-

tan(180–45)° = -tan(45)° = -1, because tan(45)° =1

So, tan(135)°=-1

In both the cases we got answer as 1.

Thanks!
