Given that,

 \tan(a - b)  =  \frac{1}{ \sqrt{3} }

Then,

 \tan(a + b)  =  \sqrt{3}

So,

a-  b = 30

a + b = 60

On adding them,

a = 45

Therefore,

b = 15

If they are in 3rd quadrant then,

a=270+45 and b=270+15
