Using LHS,

let theta = alpha (just for the sake of my comfort to type)

 \frac{ \tan \alpha }{ \sec \alpha  - 1 }  +  \frac{ \tan \alpha  }{ \sec \alpha + 1 }   \\  =  \frac{ \frac{ \sin\alpha }{ \cos \alpha  } }{ \frac{1}{ \cos\alpha  } - 1 }  +  \frac{ \frac{ \sin \alpha }{ \cos \alpha  } }{ \frac{1}{ \cos\alpha  }  + 1}  \\  =  \frac{ \sin \alpha  }{1 -  \cos\alpha }  +  \frac{ \sin \alpha }{1 +  \cos\alpha } \\  =  \frac{ \sin\alpha (1 +  \cos \alpha   ) +  \sin \alpha (1 -  \cos\alpha  ) }{1 -  { \cos }^{2} \alpha  }   \\  =   \frac{\sin \alpha  +  \sin\alpha   \cos\alpha  +  \sin \alpha  -  \sin \alpha  \cos \alpha  }{1 -  \ { \cos }^{2} \alpha   }   \\  =  \frac{2 \sin \alpha  }{ { \sin }^{2} \alpha  }  \\  =  \frac{2}{ \sin \alpha  } \\  = 2 \csc \alpha
= RHS
