You can simplify this by using this formula i.e., tan(A-B)=sin(A-B)/cos(A-B).

So, by this equation, tan(θ-14π)= sin(θ-14π)/cos(θ-14π).

As sin(a-b)=sina.cosb-cosa.sinb

and cos(a-b)=cosa.cosb+sina.sinb

So, we get tan(θ-14π)=(sinθ.cos14π-cosθ.sin14π)/(cosθ.cos14π+sin14π.sinθ)

therefore, tan(θ-14π)=(sinθ-0)/(cosθ+0)=sinθ/cosθ=tanθ

therefore, tan(θ-14π)= tanθ
