tan² α - sin² α =  (sin² α / cos² α) - sin² α  = (sin² α - sin² α cos² α) /cos² α
 = sin² α (1 - cos² α) / cos² α = sin^4 α / cos² α = sin² α x sin ² α / cos² α
= tan² α sin² α
