we know that, tan(a+b) = tana +tanb /1-tana*tanb
now, tan4x = tan(3x+x)
->tan4x =tan3x +tanx / 1-tanx*tan3x
->tan4x-tan4x×tanx × tan3x = tan3x + tanx
->tan4x × tanx × tan3x + tan3x + tanx - tan4x = 0
