Tangri river or Dangri river originates in the Moron Hills of Sivaliks on the border of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana (Sivaliks is the southernmost range of Himalaya).

Tangri river flows along the Haryana-Punjab border and then meets the Ghaggar River at the confluence at just of Dhando village near Kasoli town in northwest Kaithal, Haryana.
