Taniya is planning to keep a diet to lose her weight, she missed out her breakfast ,takes only juices and salads for lunch and dinner .Is this diet correct for losing weight ?If not, explain why ?

see if we should eat 2 or 3 meals per day but we must not miss our breakfast

as it must be the largest meal of the day

but you can miss the dinner if you want
