Divide and multiply the given statement by 5,we get

5(4/5cos x +3/5sin x)

Now,let sin A=4/5 then automatically cos A=3/4. (as sin^2 x +cos^2 x =1)

So, the statement will become

5(sin A cos x +cos A sin)

5 sin(A + x)

Maximum value of sin y can be 1.

Therefore, maximum value of 5 sin(A + x) is 5.
