From 0 to 90° , tanx increase from 0 to infinity
cot x decrease from infinity to 0
so when x is near zero tanx^cotx will be approx. zero but when tanx increase , although cot x decrease it does not if it's increase and finally tan x^cot x reaches infinity

for cot x^tanx near 0 its value is approx. 1 and when angle increase cot x^increse at faster rate but at 45 the both have same value
We may bundle it up in intervals
from 0 to 45 second is greater and from 45 to 0 first is greater

Ohm's Law is a formula used to calculate the relationship between voltage, current and resistance in an electrical circuit. To students of electronics, Ohm's Law (E = IR) is as fundamentally important as Einstein's Relativity equation (E = mc²) is to physicists. E = I x R.
