Answer:

You can find the answer with relative ease if you think in terms of rate of filling.

The debit through tap A is 1 tank /90min.

The debit through tap B is 1 tank /60min.

If you turn both taps on, the debit of liquid into the

tank will be

1/90 + 1/60 = 5 tanks / 180min = 1 tank / 36min.

So, the tank would fill in 36min.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

➡️1hour =60 min

➡️therefore 1hour 30minutes =60+30=90 min

➡️1\90+1\60

=2+3\180

=5÷180

=1\36

both will do whole part of work

=1÷1\36

=1×36\1

=36

both will fill cestern only 36 minutes..

Hope it helps..
