Spicy and delicious food like burger and fries are not healthy at all. They don't provide any nutrients to us rather it increase cholesterol and cause blocked heart and obesity.
Whereas soup and a balanced diet with no masala keeps our cholesterol in control,prevent from blocked heart and obesity. It also provides us energy.
