:it is very bad to spend too much time on your phone because it harms our eyes n keeps us away with our family and friends. it is like a addiction now days we are stuck to our phone day n night the kids don't play outside like old days n because of that they get many diseases. no one cares for the other person we don't even know what is happening in our environment. It also leads to depression as we are stuck on one place ND only go near to phones ignoring our family life. so don't use too much time on your phone.
