Here is different kinds of food now a days.Some of them is good and some of them is bad.Good food mean food that gives you numbers of calories you required and also vitamins, Amino acids etc.Good food include eggs,milk, fruits,vagetables,meat,dates,figs, almonds etc.Bad food doesn't mean that they
are spoiled or decayed it's mean the food that gives you different kind of problem.For example if we eat a pizza this gives us energy but it also disturb the metabolic system and cause the fatness, laziness etc.
A good growth depends upon the good diet.Normally school aged boys don't take their diet seriously.Here is good diet for them
Breakfast:Two slice of bread with butter and two fried eggs.One glass of fresh juice of banana etc.
Lunch:Two Wheel(roti),meat and one plate of sweet dish like custard.
Dinner:Wheel(roti),dry fruits,one glass of milk
