Firstly I would like to say that teach children the values and skills they'll need in their real life not good or bad habits because no one follows it.

Make a good image in infront of the children you are teaching. Entertain them and make sure they aren't bored. Children look upto their teachers only if they are themselves of a good personality.

Once you've done this children will automatically give response and start liking your subject and will also follow what you say or instruct.

Finally, Add a touch of sense of humor, and also dont be afraid to scold them

because if you'll not they will take you very lightly.

And now if you follow all of this now even if you do a mistake children will not laugh on you and your respect remains.
