In this poem, the poet explained the true meaning of victory. He said that everyone wants to win, to be at the top. In that stress of being at top, we did not see around and care about other people that are in our team. He explained that it matters that how we stand up as a team. Either we succeeded or defeated, it matters that how we pull our team with us. The other people might judge you and praise you as a single, but you must pull your team with you. And you will win at that time when you care for your fellowmen and worked together as a team.
