yes of course that tearing of the paper is an Irreversible change but but recycling of the paper is another topic before it takes a lot of time because only that paper which was teared cannot be obtained again but the when all the used paper are mixed in a machinery of a recycling machine in newspapers, used notebooks are obtained but that paper which was teared by us cannot be obtained at firstonly the mixture of all the papers which is called the recycle paper is obtained and which differ in the physical quality of the paper which was it earlier.

the recycle paper obtained after recycling is not of that good quality it is called rough in the comparison of the earlier one

The Notebook which is made by using the recycled paper is known as rough notebook because it is quite its paper is called rough in the physical appearance and cannot be used in the fair work

Paper recycling is not a change or a action in which the paper is teared off hence it is a chemical process where the left out bulk of paper is use to recreate paper or to invent and make substances out of paper such as the WOW organisation in several cities takes and collects the waste newspapers and papers from particular cities and create paper made items and content to tell that surrounding about how the paper gets recycled and how it can be used for future conditions.
