Answer:

Because it's simply not our language, you can learn a language, learn it's grammar , learn it's rules and it's pronounciation but you can only do much you can never speak or write like a native.

As a Pakistani i have learnt English as a second language and i can talk and write in English which would be considered good for Pakistan but for a Englishman i don't think so.
