yes, techenology is good for health but there was a limit of technology.by this we found ourselves in this universe.and we are able to do anything by the use of it. I think if you saw the technology then you got that we are new group. thank you

Yes technology is good for our health because it is very useful to us in many ways . Like exercise tools these tools are also made with the help of technology. And we know that exercise is good for our health. But we should use technology in limit. Now a days we can save time because of technology. Like we use so much time wash clothes but now all people are using washing machine to wash clothes.
